As a platform facilitating user-to-user transactions, we aim to provide a safe and seamless experience for our users. Please note the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations:

  1. Platform Service Fees:

    • Our platform charges a service fee for posting ads or promoting listings. These service fees are non-refundable once the ad is live on our platform.
    • If a listing fails to go live due to a technical error or policy violation, you may be eligible for a refund of the service fee. Please note that the time required to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account is typically between 5 to 7 working days.   2. Transaction Refunds:

    • As an intermediary, we do not directly handle payments or refunds for items sold between users.
    • Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations. We encourage users to thoroughly communicate and understand the terms of the sale before completing a transaction.

  3. Escalation of Disputes:

    • In the event of unresolved disputes, users can reach out to us for guidance, but we cannot guarantee a resolution.
    • Users are advised to use secure payment methods and verify the details of the transaction before proceeding.
